Graduation and Commencement 2010
Franklin College Switzerland’s 2010 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2010, at the Palazzo dei Congressi. The Palazzo dei Congressi is located in the lovely Parco Ciani, with its beautiful views of Lake Lugano (Palazzo dei Congressi, Piazza Indipendenza 4, CH - 6901 Lugano – view map). Family and friends of the graduates are welcome to join us for this memorable occasion. Details regarding the weekend events are included below. Please be sure to make flight, hotel and other arrangements well in advance of the Commencement weekend. A dinner overlooking the Lake of Lugano and its surroundings is hosted by the Center for Intercultural Engagement and Learning Opportunities (CIELO) for all graduates and their guests. For more information about the evening, including the menu choices, please download the PDF.
Reservations and payments are required in advance. Attendants can sign up in the CIELO Office (ground floor of the NC Academic Building) by Monday, May 10, 2010. It is mandatory that all participating graduates arrive at the Palazzo dei Congressi no later than 3:00 PM.

Participating Faculty and Trustees should plan on arriving at the Palazzo dei Congressi no later than 3:15 PM.

| Commencement Ceremony
The Commencement Ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM and be followed by a reception at the Palazzo dei Congressi. We are honored to welcome Ms. Diane Farrell, Member of the Board of Directors of the Export Import Bank of the United States as our guest of honor and keynote speaker.
Note: Doors will open for guest seating in the Main Hall of the Palazzo dei Congressi at 3:00 PM.
