Ordering Transcripts

Official transcripts are available through the Franklin College Registrar’s Office.

Current students can make a request either through their password protected My Franklin account or in writing. Alumni and past students must make their requests in writing. A simple request form is available for your convenience.

All requests made in writing require:
• The name and address of the person or institution to which the document should be sent
• The student’s signature for the College to release a student’s records.

Transcripts will not be released if the student has an outstanding financial obligation to the College. Records are sent by regular airmail at no charge unless the student requests otherwise. Franklin does not take responsibility for the receipt of the transcript. Please contact the Registrar's Office if arrangements for delivery via United Postal Service (UPS) are required.
