Professor Jack Caravelli, the author of Nuclear Insecurity: Understanding the Threat from Rogue Nations, is one of America’s leading experts on nonproliferation and nuclear terrorism, as well as politics and social issues in today's Russia.  Guest Professor Ahron Bregman has served as a consultant/associate producer on major political documentaries.

Cultural Immersion
Franklin’s summer program in Zurich offers a unique immersion experience in one of Europe’s premier capitals. Accompany Franklin professor Caroline Wiedmer for three weeks of in-depth examination of Zurich as an exemplary case study of a classic European metropolis.

Discover the past: 

Join an archaeological dig to unearth ruins and examine the ancient Italian culture near Siena.  Experience the thrill of actual field archaeology at the Etruscan site at Poggio Civitate (Murlo).
