Call for Nominations The Ursula Gentile Lowerre Outstanding Service Award 2010 In November, 2006, Franklin College’s Board of Trustees voted unanimously to create The Ursula Gentile Lowerre Outstanding Service Award for the purpose of recognizing an outstanding member of the alumni community every year for exemplary service to the College and for his or her enthusiastic leadership and support of its mission and goals. This accolade reflects the honor and credit that each recipient brings to the College through his or her actions and contributions. Ursula Gentile Lowerre, a Franklin graduate of the Class of 1976, has been a perceptive, thoughtful and generous force on behalf of the College. Over the past 30 years she has worked tirelessly and discreetly to help the College during every step of its growth. Her contributions to the College exemplify the spirit of giving back, and her distinguished service will always be marked by the presentation of this special award.
