Library Expansion

A college library is an integral part of the lives of students and faculty. Investments in the library affect the quality of the educational experience for everyone on campus. A library today is drastically different from the libraries of yesterday—offering digital resources and a network that connects to libraries around the globe. Today the library provides books, journals, videos, music CDs and other resources. It also offers a meeting place for students and a quiet place to study away from the diversions of campus living.

There is a need to expand the existing library resources to accommodate our increasing enrollment and to expand our collection of material. Approval from the local community of Sorengo has been granted for expanding the existing space. In addition to the actual structural expansion, there is a need for additional books, staffing and materials.

Library Expansion: $2,000,000
