Graduation Speaker
Commencement is an exciting, sentimental and celebratory event designed to recognize the accomplishments of the members of the graduating class and to inspire them as they embark upon new chapters in their lives. A vital component of graduation is the presence of an inspiring and charismatic speaker, and Franklin College has had many, including Ambassador Raymond Loretan, Ambassador Wil Geens, author and journalist Walter Isaacson and ABC news correspondent Bill Blakemore. In order to continue to attract the best speakers possible, we need to be able to provide an honorarium and to cover their travel expenses.
If you would like to be the official sponsor of the graduation speaker we will acknowledge your support in the program and on our website. If you have connections with someone who could present a professional, enthusiastic and motivating graduation speech, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
Graduation speaker: $10,000
