Campus Life

Welcome home.

Home. They say there is no place like it. At Franklin, we couldn’t agree more. Though most of our students are living far from their geographical home, more often than not they find that the College – its student body, faculty, even the day-to-day bustle of the campus – becomes a new home.

The College makes every attempt to make this happen. In addition to traditional dormitories we offer fully furnished apartments, complete with kitchenettes that enable you to cultivate the joy of cooking. But should that joy take a sudden, unexpected turn for the worse, you can always eat in the College's Dining Hall or the snack bar commonly known as The Grotto.

Our residences are located in nine buildings within easy walking distance of campus. Each residence has a trained student assistant assigned to help you whenever needed. What’s more, the Office of Student Life is standing by to help ease the transition between your old home and your new one.

While Franklin College may be located far from your home, it needn’t feel that way for long
