Return Policy:

  • Refunds will only be given if you drop a course, if the bookstore has supplied you with the wrong books, or if the instructor determines a book is no longer required.
  • Books can be returned to the bookstore only with the original purchase receipt. Refunds will not be given without this receipt. So, please take care not to lose it.
  • Books can be returned up to one week after the add/drop deadline. The final return date will be posted in the bookstore at the time of purchase. No returns are possible after this date.
  • Books must be returned in the same condition as they were bought. A full refund will not be given for damaged books. Be especially careful to protect your books from the rain.

Buy-Back Program:
At the end of the Fall and Spring Semesters a buy-back plan is offered by which books can be sold back to the bookstore at 35% of their original price. Buy-back will take place during Finals Week. Buy-back is not possible for all books; a list of books which can be returned will be posted in the days leading up to Finals Week.
