Resident Assistants
 Resident Assistants Resident Assistants promote social responsibility and academic purpose among the residents of their buildings. Living in residence, RAs organize activities and educational programs in each of the College’s residences, enforce residence policies and procedures, and serve as a resource for students. They also act as a role model for residents, and assist and advise students in obtaining the most from their Franklin College experience. The 2010-2011 Resident Assistant Staff is: If you are interested in applying for an on campus job, such as a Resident Assistant or Orientation Leader, you must complete an application and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs.
